Lockdowns 2.0 and 3.0 are different from the lockdown in Spring 2020 and we are allowed to remain open for the purposes of conducting sales and lettings viewings and valuations. In addition, individuals are permitted to leave their home for the purpose of visiting our office, attending viewings and undertaking activities connected with a sales or rental transaction. 

Nevertheless, we do ask that an appointment is made when you wish to visit our office in order for us to manage the number of persons at our office at any one time and to minimise non-essential contact.

We have, since we reopened after the Spring lockdown, adopted a strict protocol for all attendances at properties, both for ourselves and for third parties. There is a strict cleaning regime both pre and post appointment and anyone attending a viewing with us at a property is asked to comply with the following:

• maximum of two persons from one household to visit 
• no children under 12 years of age
• maximum of 15 minutes at the property
• must wear mask and gloves
• refrain from touching door handles, cupboards and light switches
