We have reached Monday 19th July, so called "Freedom Day", when all of the legal restrictions in respect of Coronavirus are lifted including the wearing of masks.

At John Martin Estates, the safety of our staff, our clients and applicants remains the priority and, for that reason, the viewing protocol which we introduced after the lockdown in Spring last year will continue.

We will still clean surfaces at any property both pre and post appointment and anyone attending a viewing with us at a property is asked to comply with the following:

• maximum of four persons from two households to attend
• maximum timescales for viewings at the property
• everyone to wear a mask
• refrain from touching surfaces and specifically door handles and light switches and opening cupboards etc  

We will also continue to request that an appointment is made when you wish to visit our offices in order for us to manage the number of persons in attendance at any one time.
